Moevenpick Resort & Marine Spa Sousse

My classic king room was well laid out with seaview.

Respectful staff at the reception desk, stylish classic twin room. Stunning and excellent location in a very posh area so close to nice walking distance cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarket and ofcourse the beach front, Sousse with a great vibe and fantastic outdoor area and the spanish restaurant.

My stay was lovely thanks to the welcoming staff, particularly Jihed-aziz and Mohamed Ali, who helped me overcome sadness with their kindness. The luxurious spa experience was another highlight that made me feel at home.

Just I Like the location of it,and I always stay at 5 stars hotel,but this hotel maybe I will never stay in it in future because it doesn't have a good service and the people in reception are impolite sometimes. And in my openion the claresification of this hotel is 3 stars not 5 stars. On the other hand I like resturant service and bar service.

I didn't like the roomservices and and hotel staff especially the people who are working in looby, reception and the internet services.

A renowned hotel that lives up to its reputation and convinces with small additional details. The friendly, courteous and smiling staff contributes a lot to your well-being. The breakfast in the beach pavilion with the sound of the sea was an ideal start to the day. The sea and the pool landscape offer a wonderful bathing experience.

The parking situation at the beginning was unclear, but was then solved.

Mini Bar is empty and that you need to order anything you need from room service even water

The outdated decor and cleanliness issues were glaring!!! The dusty gym, stained bedspreads, and the unpleasant smell in the indoor pool need urgent attention!!! A thorough refresh and better maintenance could vastly improve guest experience!!!

The valet parking attendant crashed my car. Windows were leaking rain water into them.

The hotel has beautifully maintained gardens, accessible pathways, and spacious lounging areas. The staff were wonderfully attentive.

Improve evening entertainment options for seniors.

In the left wing, a loud sound from the spa can be heard on all balconies with sea view and also in the rooms, but not in the right wing. Guests who explicitly ask for a quiet room should be offered rooms on the right.

Airy, spacious, choice of restaurants good underground parking.

Arrived at 2.30pm and there was not one vacancy at the spa for massage or any other treatment! Load techno music on the beach at night while dinning in another restaurant.

No European 5 stars but on site certainly one of the best you can get. Comfortable location, courteous staff, delicious food.

Cleanliness rather mediterranean, TV not working, due to seasonal reasons not all restaurants open.

I had a fantastic 5-night stay! The buffet was superb with exceptional variety, and the staff went all out to make our evenings special. Plus, the sea view from my room was breathtaking!
